• Working on an Early Warning Signal(EWS)detection system for Non-Performing Assets(NPA) by mining unstructured data to identify signals for a possible NPA prediction. • Completed work on the Career Counsellor bluemix service as part Education Research team. I developed an Information Extraction pipeline by developing NLP, data mining and rule-based tools and APIs for skill extraction from candidate profiles and job descriptions to recommend suitable jobs by mining explicit and implicit skills.

The Club aimed to usher in a culture of developers in the campus. The club is a part of the Google Students Ambassador Program. It aimed to facilitate the training of the students in the areas of Android app development, digital marketing and cloud computing. Over the past two years, have lead a team of student to: 1. Organized two Technical fest with 15 events and 7 workshops, with a total participation of over 4500 2. Introduced concepts of internet, email, Youtube to senior citizens and underprivileged children 3. Helped a start-up establish its social presence on G+

Research Intern

• Developed a normalized candidate mapping system which can mine applicant data to rank and map their profiles for specific roles, determine career paths also suggestive modules to improve skills for job roles based on skill graphs. • Developed a semantic and text structure based natural language processing system for skill extraction from resume(,pdf/.doc/.txt) and LinkedIn profiles and in order to generate a skill graph which is based on the skills acquired at different roles, over period of time and the kind of acquired skills. • The skill extraction expands to gathering knowledge of the applicant. The system works with the use of IBM Watson and Bluemix platform.
