Conducted negotiations, performed due diligence, raised financing, negotiated and closed acquisitions within the portfolio and served on Board of Directors, Strategy, Audit, Compliance, Risk, Compensation and Nominating Committees of public and private companies.

Vice President - M&A

Joined as Associate. Closed 16 M&A transactions. Conducted valuation analyses and negotiations, performed due diligence, conducted sell-side auctions and rendered fairness opinions for public, private, buy-side, sell-side and cross-borders mergers and acquisitions of technology and industrial companies. Analyzed strategic positioning and capital allocation alternatives for companies in the technology industry.

Project Manager - Network Server Division

1996 - 1998

Joined as Systems Engineer. Launched three enterprise server products (>$500 million revenue). Recruited and managed an engineering team across multiple locations as well as key technology partners (including Intel, Microsoft and Oracle) to benchmark operating system and application performance for enterprise network servers.

Research Associate

1993 - 1996

MIT VI-A Program intern. Analyzed and developed improvements to radar systems using signal processing algorithms. Designed experiments, collected data and compared actual results against simulations.
